Investigation the Effects of Phenylephrine on Oxytocin-Induced Hemodynamic Changes in Women Undergoing Cesarean Section

Pregnancy is considered as one of the most important events in every woman's life, which not a pleasant event for all women, and cases where stages are managed properly, it can cause lot stress on mother her family. For this reason, present study was conducted to investigate effect phenylephrine oxytocin-induced hemodynamic changes. This group pregnant women referred Ayatollah Taleghani Hospital Ilam those undergoing cesarean section were included study. In group, (30%) had no nausea, 18 (45%) low 8 (20%) moderate nausea 2 (5%) severe nausea. While 5 (12.5%) 13 (32.5%) 14 (35%) Also, significant difference between groups terms (P = 0.02). results showed that using be effective improving blood pressure, heart rate, vomiting patients, reason recommended use drug improve health section.
